Created by a highly experienced therapist with 25 years in practice and nearly 20 years as a trainer, this Level 3 equivalent course has been assessed by ACCPH, ensuring it meets professional standards for hypnotherapy training. Unlike many generic courses, this programme is built on real-world experience, offering practical insights, structured learning, and professional guidance.
 
How It Works:
 
Upon enrolment, you will receive Unit 1 and the Study Guide. Each unit includes exercises and an assignment. Once you submit your assignment and it is marked as passed, the next unit will be emailed to you along with your feedback sheet. Please ensure you provide the correct email address when enrolling. We cannot accept liability for missed course materials due to incorrect or outdated contact details.
 
You are allowed to re-submit each assignment twice if needed, but you may not exceed four re-submissions in total throughout the course. If you reach this limit, you will receive a fail mark.

The Hypnotherapy Process: The initial consultation, running sessions, understanding hypnosis, and its applications.
Practical Techniques: Progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) techniques, inductions, and deepening methods.
Script Writing and Treatment Planning: Developing personalised scripts, working with fears, phobias, habits, and positive thinking.
Specialist Techniques: Smoking cessation, stress management, goal setting, and self-reflection.
 
With 65 hours of structured learning, this course provides practical, real-world hypnotherapy skills—not just theory—so you can apply what you learn with confidence.
 
Refund Policy:
As these are digital courses, we do not offer refunds once materials have been accessed. Upon purchase, you will receive Unit 1 and the Study Guide within 2 working days. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital content waives your right to a refund under UK consumer law.
