Qualifications
Level 3 Accredited Counselling Certificate Course - Distance Learning
Level 3 and 4 Accredited Hypnotherapy Certificate Courses - Distance Learning
Level 3 courses are 65 hours and Level 4 courses are 85 hours.
Each course:

​​Lets you work at your own pace, with 6 months to complete each course
Consists of 6 units, assignments and a final assessment
Upon successful completion, allows you to apply to become a Member of ACCPH*

Each course was created and written by Karen Ferguson, a hypnotherapist, coach, counsellor and trainer with over 23 years experience in the field of therapy. Karen has taught in excess of 1000 students to become therapists, is a hypnotherapist and counsellor supervisor and is proud to be a Fellow of ACCPH.

* You must have completed the level 3 hypnotherapy course, or a similar accredited level 3 hypnotherapy course to be able to complete the level 4 course.
Courses are accredited by Accredited Coaches, Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH)

EmpowerHer

EmpowerHer - A self-paced distance learning course aimed at empowering you to embrace and nurture your confidence and self-esteem. Throughout this journey, you will explore the intricacies of self-belief, uncover your authentic self, and develop the tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience and self-assuredness. Our course is designed to inspire your personal growth, setting the stage for a brighter, more confident, and empowered you.

I have recently undertaken the EmpowerHer: Confidence and Self Esteem Course. What an amazing self run course! I was able to take the course at my own pace and this made it really empowering because I was able to choose when I was in the best place to benefit from it the most. The course is detailed but clear and when I say it has changed my attitude I really mean it. Having been in a couple of bad relationships I had developed a really negative pattern of self rejection. I was forever putting myself down and refusing to accept compliments. Now I love receiving them but even more importantly, I believe them! Not only that but I now pay myself compliments and I am able to validate myself, my amazing and confident authentic self! I have previously thrived on other people's views of me and revolved everything around waiting for the next thing (good or bad) people would say about me. Some things I used to say to myself 'you have really big thighs' and now I say 'I am absolutely perfect in this body!'
This course really does challenge the way you think and speak about yourself and I'll admit I did struggle at the start because of how deeply rooted my lack of self worth was but I stuck at it and I challenged myself and my god it was worth it. Thank you a million times Karen and the team at She's Confident Coaching! Xx
