Mental Health Business Development Partner Opportunities

At MindMotive, we create digital tools designed to support emotional clarity, confidence, and strategic development for individuals, small businesses (particularly in therapy, coaching, and wellbeing), and values-led organisations.

We are currently inviting applications for Mental Health Business Development Partners to help connect the right people and organisations with MindMotive Digital Partners.

​

This role is centred on trust, clear communication, and matching people with tools that genuinely fit their needs.

​

We offer three focus areas within this role, depending on your background and strengths:

​

1. Individual Support Focus - Helping individuals access the right digital tools to support their emotional clarity, resilience, and personal development.

 

This would suit someone who:

  • Understands the value of emotional health tools in daily life

  • Has a strong peer or social network built on trust

  • Communicates with confidence and empathy

  • Can identify needs and guide others towards effective solutions

  • Is proactive, reliable, and values-led

 

2. Practitioner and Small Business Focus - Helping professionals and small businesses in the therapy, coaching, and wider wellbeing sectors access the right digital tools for client and business growth.

 

This would suit someone who:

  • Has a genuine interest in emotional health, resilience, or personal development

  • Has an engaged client base or professional network

  • Communicates clearly and thoughtfully (written and verbal)

  • Is proactive, self-managed, and reliable

  • Understands or is curious about AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)

 

Previous sales experience is not essential, what matters is your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and follow through.

3. Organisational and Strategic Focus - Introducing our tools to values-led organisations, service providers, and companies that take emotional wellbeing seriously.

 

This would suit someone who:

  • Has experience selling services, digital products, or high-trust offers

  • Is confident identifying leads and following up professionally

  • Understands emotional health, mental wellbeing, or leadership development sectors

  • Communicates clearly and strategically (written and verbal)

  • Is proactive, organised, and outcome-focused

 

This pathway is best suited to those with direct B2B sales experience or strong consultative sales skills.

 

Commission and Structure

  • 10% to 15% commission depending on licence type

  • Performance bonuses for strong monthly sales

  • All roles are self-employed and commission-only

  • Full product training and strategic support provided
